In 2012, Nike Basketball cooked up something sweet for The King. Inspired by LeBron James’ favorite drink, the Nike LeBron 9 Low “LeBronold Palmer” celebrated the half-lemonade, half-sweet tea beverage. Though the shoe was never released to the public, Nike is finally delivering the colorway a decade after its creation. The LeBron 9 Low features a tropical upper with a vibrant yellow look with teal palm tree graphics. Splashes of orange accompany the pair and a “LeBronald Palmer” graphic lands on the insoles. The Nike LeBron 9 Low “LeBronold Palmer” releases online on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 7 a.m. MST. Any remaining inventory will be available in-store starting at 11 a.m. at the Uptown Plaza location.
