A coveted Nike Basketball model is back in a fan-favorite colorway as the Nike Air Foamposite One 'Metallic Red' releases this week. In 1997, Mike Bibby debuted the OG Foamposite in its royal blue colorway and created a craze with the shoe's extravagant design. In the years that would follow, the Foamposite would become a classic from being worn by Penny Hardaway to releasing in iconic colorways from "Eggplant" to "Galaxy" and more. The 'Metallic Red' was introduced to the Foamposite in 2012 and was seen once more in 2017. Now, as the Swoosh enters it Foam retro phase, the 'Metallic Red' will get another release for Foam fanatics and new enthusiasts to enjoy.
